CTS360 Review – 8 Facts You Need to Know
From our experience there are two types of diet products: those that work and does that don’t. Read our review below and find out which one CTS360 is.
First and foremost, CTS360 is a supplement line developed and produced by the US company Complete Nutrition. It includes several well-known ingredients in weight loss supplementation such as caffeine, omega fatty acids (that also benefits overall health), and green tea.
Complete Nutrition was established in 2001, but CTS360 was not introduced until later. The presentation website looks good enough – there is plenty of information available, including a full list of ingredients, which is a good thing. One thing that worries us about CTS360 is the price, but we will talk about that later on.
1) CTS360 Quick Facts
The CTS360 weight loss pack includes four different supplements with the same general ingredients. The three fat burners, for instance, all have a base of caffeine, synephrine, Garcinia cambogia and green tea leaf extract. While green tea leaf and caffeine are considered safe for most dieters, Garcinia cambogia and Synephrine have been associated with several potential side effects.
But the inclusion of Garcinia cambogia (an ingredient that has been used for centuries in general health and only recently as an ingredient in weight loss supplements) is not what concerns us the most. Buchu extract, parsley leaf, uva ursi, dandelion root and bladderwrack leaf are diuretics and all are included in this line of supplements. Diuretics in weight loss are not that uncommon but they must be taken with caution and according to recommendations only as there is no limit to the effect of diuretics.

3) Does CTS360 Work and it is Safe?
The formula is based on various active substances commonly used to enhance metabolism, increase muscle mass, and reduce body fat. Caffeine is probably the most popular ingredient in this supplement. It is a well-known energy booster which is why most people consume caffeine based products in the first place. The most common experienced benefits are increased alertness and reduced drowsiness and tiredness. Athletes and generally active people benefit from the use of caffeine also because the increased energy allows them to work harder, train longer, and burn more calories.
Another popular weight-loss ingredient is L-Tyrosine, an amino-acid involved in the production of essential brain chemicals called neurotransmitters. These neurotransmitters have the ability to communicate to the brain what the nutritional requirements of the body are, including transmit them as urges or food cravings. Scientists believe that although L-Tyrosine is not directly involved in the fat burning process, it can influence weight because it helps maintain a healthy nervous system. It is a known fact that people who are mentally healthy and emotionally balanced are less likely to gain unwanted fat.
The formula features several other substances that affect one’s weight directly or indirectly. Each of the chemicals have been shown to boost metabolism, burning fat, suppress appetite and cravings, or reduce stress and water retention. Unfortunately the research behind these ingredients is not conclusive in most cases. Studies are still being conducted, as the results have been controversial and it is impossible to draw a definitive conclusion at this time.

7) How to Take CTS360
As stated above, the high price is another concern as CTS360 (the full plan) will cost you well above $200 a month. For a supplement to be that expensive it needs some pretty amazing clinical support. But there isn’t much for CTS360.
8) Our Final Take On CTS360
So, does CTS360 work? Does it work $200 a month? The supplement does offer a couple weight loss ingredients and there are reports of good results, but we don’t feel comfortable supporting the product because it may cause side effects. The high price is another concern as most dieters will not be able to afford it, at least not for long.

The question whether a non-tested dietary supplement works or not is very difficult in the absence of conclusive and reliable clinical evidence. In these cases we can only rely on other consumers' opinions to evaluate a product's potency. In the case of CTS360 Maximum, the number of reviews is pretty limited. At the moment there are only 12 reviews on the official site and these are mixed, some people claiming to have felt some disturbing side effects like jitters or sweating. A few users did not experience any benefit at all. The manufacturer also warns against the use by professional athletes who are subject to the WADA – Anti-Doping Code or similar codes regarding the use of supplements in sports. It is highly recommended that in these cases to inform the medic prior to start using the formula.
