I found this product in 2010 and have suffered from headaches for a few years. I believe I get migranes but have never been diagnosed for them. I purchase Sinol from Rite Aid, they onll carry the allergy/sinus formula but was told the active ingredient is exactly the same in the headache formula by the company. This product works and often very quickly. When my headaches are really bad I sometimes have to repeat the nasal application 2-3 times in each nostril but it does knock out the pain. This is my favorite headache medication and I always keep a few bottles, one in the car and one at home.
