Ingredients

3) AmiN.O. Energy Advanced Ingredients

AmiN.O. Energy Advanced’s formula includes ingredients for energy, amino acids, nitric oxide production, and even brain function.

The Amino Blend is the core component in AmiN.O. Energy Advanced. This proprietary formula consists of 15 micronized amino acids, including the BCAAs L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine.

L-Isoleucine is another BCAA that plays a role in hemoglobin synthesis. Isoleucine is also key to the regulation of blood sugar levels and energy.

Some athletes and professional bodybuilders use BCAAs for the possibility that they will decrease soreness and post-workout muscle damage.

According to a systemic review [3] published in 2017 in the journal Nutrients, several studies have revealed that BCAAs supplementation may be beneficial at reducing exercise-induced muscle damage.

L-Leucine is a branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) essential for repairing and building muscle. Research shows enough L-Leucine may prevent muscle wasting among older adults [4].

L-Valine is an essential amino acid, meaning that it cannot be biosynthesized in the human body. It must therefore be obtained through dietary sources, primarily meat. Dairy products are also high in L-Valine, especially cottage cheese.

The most common use of L-Valine relates to its role in muscle synthesis and maintenance. Additional benefits of L-Valine include growth in children, support of the immune system, and stress management.

Caffeine is a naturally occurring stimulant found in various plants’ seeds, nuts, and leaves.

The main performance benefits of caffeine appear to come from its influence on the central nervous system and resulting in reduced perception of effort (exercise “feels” easier) and/or reduced perception of fatigue [5][6].

4) Does AmiN.O. Energy Advanced Work?

Between the energy, brain stimulation, and muscle support, we think AmiN.O. Energy Advanced is a higher quality version of your typical energy drink.

Most energy drinks contain tons of caffeine and taurine, and lots of sugar. While they do work as intended, they do make people either lose sleep or suffer a sugar/caffeine crash.

Unlike the typical energy powder, AmiN.O. Energy Advanced doesn’t solely rely on caffeine for stimulation.

The people behind AmiN.O. Energy Advanced understands a proper energy blend shouldn’t just spike energy and call it a day; it has to energize the brain while also giving the muscle some support.

In this light, we think AmiN.O. Energy Advanced is definitely a top tier energy powder for those looking for high quality stimulation.

Verdict

13) Our Verdict on AmiN.O. Energy Advanced

AmiN.O. Energy Advanced is an interesting energy supplement, and it’s because of how it doesn’t rely on overstimulation or using hundreds of grams of caffeine per serving.

The caffeine content is only equivalent to one espresso or a freshly brewed cup of coffee, which is tolerated by most people even those who aren’t habitual coffee drinkers.

We also have to point out that their amino blend filled with micronized ingredients not only allows for faster absorption, they also help energize muscles in performing anywhere from basic chores that require lifting to pumping out hundreds of pounds in the gym.

Regardless if you are a professional athlete or a simple sports enthusiast, you can’t really go wrong with a supplement like AmiN.O. Energy Advanced.

Its unique formulation carefully balances key ingredients like BCAAs, Cognizin, Alpha-GPC, Caffeine, and Turmeric to give you a remarkable boost of energy, strength, and overall endurance during long training sessions.

Does it stack up against the typical pre-workout? Not quite. Unlike most pre-workouts, the energy boost AmiN.O. Energy Advanced provides is within the minimal range.

Despite its lack of stimulation, AmiN.O. Energy Advanced does make a case as an easy, low-stim alternative or something you can take when you’re cycling off your usual pre-workouts.
