Kavinace is a sleep supplement formulated to help fix sleep problems from a cellular level according to their website.

Advertised by NeuroScience as having a formula proven to improve both sleep onset and efficiency, it contains a blend of common sleep and calming ingredients such as melatonin and theanine, along with minerals that promote sleep.

Will Kavinace help you sleep better? Read our Kavinace review to find out.

Synopsis

1) Kavinace at a Glance

  • Contains melatonin and theanine, two quality sleep ingredients
  • Has magnesium, as magnesium deficiency can cause sleep problems
  • You need to have an account to know how much one bottle costs
  • Amazon says one bottle (60 capsules) costs $52.00

2) The Company Behind Kavinace

Kavinace is produced by NeuroScience, a company specializing in research regarding the human’s body proper functioning, particularly the nervous, endocrine, and immune systems.

NeuroScience is a US-based company founded in 1999 that puts a strong focus on providing quality products in order to improve the lives of their patients.

Nutrition Facts

3) Kavinace Nutrition Facts

Kavinace contains:

  • Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate chelate)
  • Zinc (zinc bisglycinate chelate)
  • Selenium (selenomethionine)
  • Melatonin

Proprietary Blend

  • L-Theanine
  • Trans-resveratrol
  • Astaxanthin

Other inactive ingredients include Vegetable capsule (hypromellose, water), organic rice concentrate, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, citric acid, and glycine.

Let’s talk about the three impactful ingredients: Magnesium, Melatonin, and Theanine

Magnesium is a common mineral found in food, but it’s actually difficult to get your daily fill if the research is accurate. Researchers estimate that around 20% of people in developed countries, such as the US, are magnesium deficient.

Then, we also have sleep scientists saying magnesium deficiency can also lead to sleep problems. This explains why companies add magnesium in sleep supplements.

Melatonin is the sleep hormone. It doesn’t take much to know how it works: you have more of it, you sleep longer and better.

There’s also some science involving GABA secretions throughout the day (to induce calmness, night time is when you’re usually “filled” with GABA), but for the most part, Melatonin is what actually knocks you out.

Last, theanine. Theanine is abundant in teas, especially green tea. This is the reason why green tea has this calming effect and helps put people to sleep.

Theanine is also often used alongside caffeine in fat burners and other pre-workouts since it can counteract the stimulatory side effects associated with caffeine.

4) Does Kavinace Work?

NeuroScience products are known for their quality and potency, and Kavinace isn’t an exception.

The quality of ingredients used is topnotch, especially the minerals. Each one comes in their most bioavailable form, which means faster absorption and less waste upon ingestion.

Adding melatonin is common since it’s a sleep supplement, trans-resveratrol and astaxanthin are flavonoids and antioxidants that can help induce calmness, while theanine is the secret why tea makes us feel less stressed about life.

We don’t doubt Kavinace’s formula can support proper sleep or at least help you fix your sleep issues.

Health Benefits

5) Kavinace Health Benefits

  • Kavinace contains no artificial flavors or colors.

Final Thoughts

10) Final Thoughts on Kavinace

Kavinace is a sleep supplement produced by one of the best in the business when it comes to sleep support formulas.

The ingredients are high quality and dosed adequately, and there is evidence of synergy. Using melatonin on top of theanine is also nice touch since many sleep supplements only use one or the other.

With all that said, we think Kavinace is just too expensive for what it contains and what it can do. Then again, how much you value good sleep is subjective.

If you’re fine with paying about a dollar and over to get a chance to sleep well every night, Kavinace is definitely worth it. The quality speaks for itself, especially when you know what to look for.

If you’re not really willing to spend that much for a bottle of herbs and minerals, there are cheaper options, some of which we’ve reviewed.

Hi, this is my first time taking Kavinace which I read on some health website stating it is helping for anxiety and sleeping difficulty. I’m not sure if its safe and normal because I just took 1 pill before bed as a starter to see if it helps. But instead, my heart is racing, and yes I have breathing difficulty like as though my chest is being pressed. It is really scary! Thinking if I sleep, will I wake up.

Title for your comment
Is Kavinace Safe ?

Shilly,
We recommend stopping taking Kavinace. If the side effects you are describing do not improve, please consult with your physician.

Diane

I get strange vivid dreams too at times. Some pretty disturbing and then of course it wakes me up and I can’t go back to sleep. Defeating the whole purpose for taking it.

Angela

My child’s body seems out of control (floppy). I wonder if this is related.

Jacqueline

The same thing happens to me when I take 1 capsule. It works great on helping me sleep but every time I stir in the night my heart starts racing! very scary!

Andrea

Kavinace has been the one thing that has helped me the absolute most!! I have suffered from severe anxiety and sleep problems since I was very young. I had my neurotransmitters tested which showed that I was extremely low in GABA which is the neurotransmitter that Kavinace helps produce. My doctor told me to take Kavinace and within a few days, I noticed quite a difference. My anxiety, though still existent, has become bearable and sooo much better than I ever imagined it could. I sleep so well now and have a lot of dreams. The reason I think Kavinace works with some people and not others is because it will only help people who are low in levels of GABA. Some people have anxiety or sleep problems that are caused because of other issues, like a lack of serotonin, and Kavinace cannot help those. However, if you are low in GABA, Kavinace is going to help you!! I highly recommend it to anyone who deals with anxiety or sleep problems, and if they are caused by low levels of GABA, I really do believe it will help you!!

I was also tested and have a low level of GABA……I have had anxiety for a long time, starting in grammar school. My dr. Seems to feel I was born with low GABA. Who knew ??…I take 1 Kavinace PM with 25 mg
Xanax at bedtime, and get a good night sleep. I will be starting plain Kavinace next week in the daytime along with the PM pill at nite…..Dr will be testing me again in a few months to see if my GABA increases.

Please do not take Kavinace. It is dangerous. My naturopath prescribed it to me three years ago for insomnia. It worked like a charm for me. However, I kept having to increase the dosage to get the same effect. Now I am dependent on four capsules a night, and they don’t even work anymore. I have tried to cut back the dosage twice and both times experienced severe withdrawal symptoms including insomnia, severe muscles tension, racing thoughts and rapid breathing. I have reported this problem to the FDA and they are taking my report very seriously. I have read about others experiencing withdrawal symptoms, but that was after I started having problems myself. I wish I had read up on it before I started taking it but I trusted my naturopath. I even consulted a psychiatrist/sleep specialist MD who said she has heard from others that it is habit forming and can cause withdrawal symptoms.

This is the only product that worked for me after a stressful 6-mo bout with insomnia in 2015. (Regular Kavinace, not the Ultra PM). I recommend to everyone. At first I took it with a small dose of Seraquil. It was a magic combo for me and I started sleeping through the night again. After two weeks, I dropped the Seraquel. I always keep Kavinace on hand but only take it when I am restless or anxious before bed. I find it takes about 30 minutes to kick in and it is great at keeping you asleep all night!

Mimi

I have just started taking Ultra p.m. at the suggestion of my therapist. I am experiencing serious fatigue and nausea the next day since I started taking it a few days ago. Has anyone else had this experience? I love that it has helped me sleep but if this is a side effect, I obviously won’t be able to keep taking it.

Cathy
Reply to  Mimi

When I tried the Ultra PM, I had the same response and could not take it. When I switched to the plain Kavinace, it worked beautifully with no side effects (unless I take it much too late at night, then I might be drowsy when I first wake up.)

Iulian (Editor)
Reply to  Mimi

According to NeuroScience and other users’ experiences, you may experience some side effects as you acclimate to the potent ingredients used in Kavinace. Fatigue and nausea are two of these potential side effects. Our recommendation is to lower your dosage. If fatigue and nausea do not improve in a few days, if they worsen, or if you experience any other severe side effects, discontinue use and contact your physician.

susan

I give it 5 stars- I take the kavinace ( not the pm) & it has calmed my mind to sleep solid 7 hours. I do not experience any side effects. my naturopath recommended I take 1 capsule before bed. I recommend you see a naturopathic dr. before taking any supplements so the professional can prescribe what is right for your body.

Carol,
I would suggest adding Yoga for relaxation to your evening routine 45-60 minutes before bedtime. No computers, no TV, no bright lights, just relaxation. This helps calm the brain and rebalance the energy throughout the body. I also use Kavinace PM Ultra only as needed and have very good results and a restful nights sleep. Find gratitude in the simple things in life-every day. It makes a big difference. Best wishes!

Ann

YES–I’m getting increased swelling in my feet after using Kavinace for awhile. I do sleep soundly when taking it however–almost worth the side effect. But I also feel a very slow starter in the morning and some dizziness also. Wondering what to do for sleep if I stop using Kavanase PM however!

Lea

I just started taking Kavinace PM at the suggestion of my doctor because I have been having great trouble sleeping for the last 6 weeks or so. I find it helps me sleep a lot better through the night but that it also has me napping for 3 hours at a time during the day and feeling a bit groggy. Can anyone else speak to this problem? Is there something I can eat or take to reverse its apparent effect which continues for me during the day?

Sherri

Get regular Kavinace and not pm

Kavinace was recommended to me by my acupuncturist to deal with chronic pain and the anxiety associated. It can cut the pain cycle if I am having a flair up and has allowed me to function again. I don’t take it for sleep issues but I do seem to get better rest. It has drastically improved the quality of my daily life with no side affects.
I had previously tried Travacor and had an adverse reaction with increased pain in all areas of my body. I’m very happy with the results I’ve had with Kavinace in contrast.

Alex

I love this product! It works great whenever I’m feeling super anxious before bedtime. It takes about 30-45 minutes to feel the full effect but it sure does work! The only downside is I can’t take it consistently more than 2 days in a row; otherwise, it doesn’t have the same full effect. It works best only when you really need it.

JB

I LOVE this product! I have used it for years and have had no side effects. I have shared it with my friends and people that have had insomnia for years started sleeping.

RixhAllen

It worked at the beginning and I felt a bit drowsy upon awakening. Over time, its effectiveness has diminished. I have used it in combination with Remeron. I usually sleep 4-5 hours a night. I have heard some types of cannabis is helpful for sleep but I have not yet tried it.

Lyd

I definately felt the effects of taking kavinace. It hepled me relax and I was able to fall asleep. I went into a deep sleep and was able to enjoy my rest. I woke up feeling like I could sleep longer.

Amanda

I have had awful memory issues since taking Kaviance PM. It has helped me sleep which is great but I am going to have to wean myself off of it. Especially since hearing other people also are having memory issues.

Diane
Reply to  Amanda

Really? I am questioning this as well. I don’t have a great memory as it is, but I feel like simple things I should remember are not always accessible. It is starting to worry me and the reason I seeked out this site. I might have to take a break from Kaviance. I don’t take the PM.

Iulian (Editor)
Reply to  Amanda

Amanda,

Based on our research, memory issues are not one of the potential side effects of taking Kavinace. However, we advise lowering the dose. If you’ll still experience memory issues even after lowering the dose, discontinue use and contact your physician.

Stacy

I have taken Kavinase PM for about 4 months. It helps me stay asleep for at least 4-5 hours which is much better than I normally get. I have had leg cramping in my calves since taking it and now have swollen feet and ankles. Anyone else out there experienced this?

Iulian (Editor)
Reply to  Stacy

Swollen feet and ankles are indeed two of the more common side effects of taking Kavinace. We’ve seen many users complaining about that. We recommend lowering the dose or alternating your treatment (use it today but skip the treatment tomorrow). If these side effects do not disappear or if they worsen, discontinue use immediately and contact your physician.

Janna Jones

I have been taking Lunesta for probably10 years. It is either that or don’t sleep at all. About 5 years ago, I started only sleeping 3 to 4 hours a night with the Lunesta. When I added the Kavinace Ultra PM, I started sleeping 6 to 7 hours, which makes a huge difference in how I feel the next day. I am now having a huge memory problem that I am sure is due to so many years with little sleep and with so much use of the Lunesta and Kavinace. But I have chosen sleep over the side effects of the supplement and drug.
If I use just the Kavinace, I don’t fall asleep.

Lorraine Brammer

I love this product. I was given this by a holistic doctor. It works wonders for me. When I go to bed is when I start thinking of the day and can’t sleep. If I take this 30 minutes before I go to bed, I get a good night sleep with no hangover the next morning compared to over the counter sleep aids. I do not take it every night, but just when I feel I need it.

Selena Banks

Kavinace was an effective treatment for my son’s anxiety problems which appeared in high-school. We tried other treatments before it, but since none of it seemed to be effective, the doctor recommended this one. In a couple of weeks my son was feeling better, he was coping much better with its disease, had fewer and lower intensity symptoms. Combined with therapy, we were able to make him feel more confident and after a year or so terminated the treatment as he was feeling much better. Kavinace help my son become himself again: a happy, fun person who enjoys living!

Looking for help for my son who is suffering from drpression and anxiety.

I didn’t like this medication because it gave me stomach pain and nightmares. During the day I was calmer but in the night I had trouble falling asleep or the quality f sleep was very bad (because of the nightmare). After switching the treatment, the symptoms disappeared…

I am 59 yrs old and a life-long insomniac. I am not a stressful person, quite the opposite content, happy, and optimistic. Just could not go to sleep, nor stay asleep. Prescription sleep pills work opposite and I have tried every natural homeopathic remedy without success. A month ago, my Dr gave me Kavinace Ultra PM – and I have slept soundly almost every night. Amazing stuff. Sleep definitely makes a difference in your overall health.

Reply to  Ruth Mills

Ruth, Did the product work right away? I have problems falling and staying asleep. Prescription medications have not worked on me. I tried Kavinace 3 times, of which only once it worked, and the other two did not, as a matter of fact, it kept me awake all night. I am wondering if I should give it a chance again?

Ruth Mills
Reply to  Annie

It did work right away – for a couple of days and then it did not work for a day or two – I am thinking because I ate a big late dinner. But I kept using it and it now works no matter what. I think there is also a difference between the reg and the ultra pm which I take.

Bruce Ogletree

My sleep specialist recommended I use Kavinace along with Trazadone (1-2 tablets of each at bedtime) to alleviate my insomnia and it works very well. I have not noticed any side effects.

Zach

I have taken Kavinace and Kavinace Ultra PM for years now and have had a phenomenal experience with both. I don’t feel any side affects. They have helped me sleep and reduced my anxiety dramatically (along with other supplements). Obviously Kavinace affects people differently, so it is on a case-by-case basis. I haven’t had any dependency on Kavinace either. Sometimes I will run out of supplements, not take them for a few weeks, and I never have any problems.

Reply to  Zach

I started taking Ultra a year ago. I take one every night. I sleep 6 Hours No hangover no leg cramps no weird dreams. I have gone a month at a time without it and do not have a dependency other than I would rather take it cause my busy mind can be calm and quiet n I can sleep. Not sure about the gaba interfering with the brain making its own ?

Christine

I was prescribed Kavinace by a Naturopathic physician. It was prescribed primarily as a sleeping aid, secondly to assist in my valium taper. It worked beautifully for both situations. The first time I took it, it helped immediately. More recently, I found I needed some time for it to build up in my system before it became effective – but it did. Great product.

Jodi

I’ve been using Kavinace to fall asleep for at least 5 years now. (hubby snores) I can fall asleep and stay asleep most of the time unless something is really really bothering me. So now I only take one. Love this stuff. I can fall asleep in less than 10 minutes, sleep through the night and feel fine in the morning. I just take the regular one, not the PM. My son just started taking it during the day if he’s stressed and it helps a lot with mood and anxiety. It wouldn’t let me, so I am telling you it should be rated with 5 STARS!!

Christy

I have always had sleep issues, Nothing over the counter worked so i took Ambien. My niece talk me about Kavinace. It works great for me!!!

Debbie

I have only been taking this product for abt a week or two . I’m taking it at bedtime as well as also taking Calm G twice a day. I have gained about 4 pounds in a week. Does this cause weight gain? I am sleeping better and feel better during the day. But…. Have worked to lose some weight in the recent past and do not want to gain it back.

Angie Guy

I tried the Kavinace PM several times. It didn’t work well for me. It made me relaxed but didn’t make me tired enough to fall asleep. The next day I was an absolute wreck! Groggy, dizzy and nauseated. I don’t really know which ingredient made me feel so lousy but I did give these supplements an honest try. I took them at least four times with the same side effects. Sorry it didn’t work cause I’m still sleepless in Clearwater.

I had the same reaction along with horrible muscle tension. My holistic dr recommended it and it’s horrible. I had to leave work the second day I took it because I couldn’t think. It’s not worth the money or dangerous side effects.

Try Travacor. I think it works better for a sound sleep.

I have been taking Kavinace PM for a little over a year. It was recommended by a high priced “naturopath” who reassured me she has never seen anyone have any problems with it. I began with one, but then needed two, then needed three. When I realized I was going to need a 4th to sleep through the night, I stopped taking it. HORRIBLE. For the last two weeks I can’t sleep, and I’m feeling severe muscle tension and depression. Come to think of it, the whole time I took it I was having some serious gastrointestinal symptoms including acidity and diarrhea. Finally I returned to taking just one, but am still having pretty serious symptoms. I do not recommend this drug. We just don’t know that much about it.

Pam

I initially got this from a naturopath MD for chronic insomnia. I had taken ambien for over 10 years on a nightly basis and that was all that helped me sleep. Now the family practitioner refuses to prescribe ambien anymore because of new FDA warnings. So I started taking two Kavinace at bed time and I am sleeping better than with Ambien. My big question is ordering this at various online vendors. Is it the same quality as what the doctors get from NeuroScience’s order site at Neurorelief.com? I no longer can see the naturopath and have no other way to get the Kavinace and they are truly the best sleep aid in the world for me.

Elle

My NP had me try Kavinace to help get more deeper sleep and help with stress and anxiety. I was taking two pills at dinner time and noticed if I took it later in the evening or without food, I was so sleepy the next day. She lowered me to one pill and I take with food at 5 pm and I notice a huge difference when I sleep. So far….so good.

Rosemarie

Rae, I am in my seventies and had not been able to sleep all night since my early to mid fifties thanks to menopause. This went on for almost twenty years until I found out about Kavinace Ultra PM. I’ve been on it now for a little over two years and during that time I’ve had to get off of it for short periods in order to get it to work again. The first time I went off for a full month and of course I didn’t get much sleep and was miserable. Later, I found out I could get off of it for two weeks and it was like new all over again although the grogginess wasn’t as bad. I, too, have noticed some stomach acid but didn’t attribute it to the Kavinace until it was mentioned on this website. So now I’ll just have some yogurt before bedtime. I suffer from reflux from time to time and this has been my solution which works for me. Kavinace is a blessing for me but I’ve found that it doesn’t work for everyone and works differently for those for whom it does work. I would just like to know how long I can take it without any problems/side effects.

Rachel

I was on cymbalta to help with nerve pain, and when I got off of it, I couldn’t sleep well after that. I tried everything and finally someone told me about Kavinace PM. It works like a charm. I sort of have a hard time getting up in the morning, but it’s not too bad. I would rather feel well rested and a little groggy than not rested at all, which was miserable. I’m trying to figure out what to do from here because I would like to get pregnant again and want to stop taking it. I typically take one pill a night, but every now and again I don’t need it. Any suggestions for getting off of it and being able to sleep? Ha!

Ira

Have you tried Valerian and Melatonin? Both can help with nerve pain.

I sleep like a log for about 9-10 hours and I wake up sluggish so two weeks ago I put my alarm clock for 7 am and I exercised feeling energized after that and then I took 1 cup of coffee . Because I am anxious a doctor recommended me to take Kavinace and after seeing your comments I believe if I take it I would sleep all day and all night, so I am not going to take it because I don’t need to sleep more.
So, I am going to continue controlling my sleep, 7 hours is just fine for me and I am energized and less anxious during the day. Sleeping like I was doing for 9-10 hours is debilitating to the brain and the body.
thanks for listening.

Thank you so much for your posting on the addictive properties of Kavinace. Starting about six months ago, I took Kavince (one pill) for sleep disturbance and more recently took Kavinace ultra pm for same as it has melatonin and 5 htp in it, which I was taking anyway. All in one, great huh? Well, not so great as only recently have begun to experience queasy feelings in the afternoon, even after a good night’s sleep. Very difficult to describe but just not like myself. I am normally a high energy person and I felt lethargic, strange, etc. I stopped taking Kavinace three days ago and am experiencing what I can only describe as “withdrawal.” Back to the melatonin and 5 htp, old amino acid friends, sleeping even better now.

Hrh

Yes, I have noticed the stomach acid after taking it too. It’s not all the time, but sometimes. I have been taking it for years and am worried that I am dependant on it. It looses its effectiveness after about 3 weeks. I take a break for a few nights; either I don’t sleep well or I take an Ambian for a couple of nights then go back to kavinace pm. I wish I could sleep unaided.

I started taking Kavinace a few months ago, on and off every week to help get through the night after a pelvic fracture. It helped me sleep very deeply, both at night and during long daytime naps. I’ve actually never been able to nap so well. But recently (I’ve taken it twice in two weeks) if I take one Kavinace and don’t fall asleep right away, I start to feel like I can’t breathe. My body is trying to relax into a deeper state and sometimes I even feel a strange “thump” like an arrhythmia, and then my breathing is just heavy and slow. Eventually I fall asleep and have a wonderful, deep night’s rest, but the period before falling asleep is alarming and I don’t think I’ll take it again since it seems to be disturbing my heart and breathing rhythms. Anyone else have this?

Sabine
Reply to  kimberly

From what I’ve read about the main ingredient, “Phenibut” it is the cause of those symptoms you are having. I started having similar effects — like I couldn’t catch my breath (even as I was trying to fall asleep), and also the irregular heartbeats. That’s when I researched this product that I had been told is safe and learned that people can develop a dependency on it and that the withdrawal effects can be terrible (and maybe even dangerous, if you try to stop cold-turkey).

Barbara Adams

Kavinace made me sleep like a baby, BUT I felt drunk and unable to focus during the day. I took it for three nights and the fourth night I took it and could not sleep at all. I had the usual racing thoughts. I stopped taking Kavinace and it took me a week to feel normal and focused again.

Sherri

I’ve struggled with sleep issues my entire life. Recently diagnosed with RLS, PLMD’s and sleep apnea. Was on medication to calm the RLS and PLMD’s which was then exaggerated by the CPAP. On the suggestion of a local homeopathic pharmacy I tried the Kavinace PM supplement and not only did it help me sleep, it reduced my glucose levels which were all out of whack because of my sleep issues, it also helped the RLS. I am no longer taking the prescription meds for the RLS. I am grateful for stumbling onto the Kavinace PM. It may not work for everyone, but again everyone’s sleep issues are not the same.

Michael

This works. I have anxiety and panic disorder, and all the typical symptoms (irritability etc) and just one pill can significantly reduce my symptoms. Phenibut is real, is a prescription drug in russia, and works well. However, one can be dependent on it, and you shouldn’t take it for extended periods of time.

Lisa

I use Kavinace as prescribed by my doctor. I am dealing with peri-menopause and battling with related symptoms including shaking and insomnia. I get wonderful results. It reduces my shaking, calms my brain and helps me sleep. I highly recommend it and love that it’s not a drug.

Kavinace IS a drug! Google “Phenibut” (the main ingredient) and “withdrawal” or “addiction.” I have been taking it five months at my naturopath’s recommendation and developed a tolerance to it and had to increase my dose. Now I am facing withdrawal symptoms to quit taking it. From what I’m reading, it’s not safe to stop cold turkey. It is similar to Benzos from what I’m reading. It is only for occasional use, but most of us were/are taking it every night. I’m very concerned that info about the addictive nature of this supplement is not offered more freely by its manufacturer. If I’m reading the info about its addictiveness incorrectly, feel free to let me know.

some random bob

Got sick once and couldn’t sleep very well ever since. I kept waking every hour or so every night so my doctor had me try kavinace ultra pm and it works so well.

Jaque

Excellent!, I believe all things do not have the same effect for all people. I was never a user of drugs except tylenol or aspirin for an occasional headache. I began taking phentermine for weight loss, Kavinace tkes me down from the phentermine “speed” high and I sleep like a baby. I found out the way to clear phentermine from the body is to use caffeine or amino acids. This works.

I have suffered from insomnia related to Fibromyalgia for years. My physician had me try Kavinace Ultra Pm. It is amazing. I have tried everything out there .
I have been taking it for over a year now and it is a Godsend.
I feel calm and well rested when I wake up.completely natural and no side effects. Should invest money in this company.

Patty

I have been using it for about a year. I sometimes take it to get a good, restful night sleep, and it always works. It is also great for panic disorder and anxiety. I have my children take it when they feel anxious or just have trouble sleeping. It’s a great product, we don’t take it everyday, but maybe once or twice a week. I highly recommend it.

Laura Z

I’ve been struggling with insomnia that has gotten progressively worse over the years. I tried so many natural supplements that didn’t work that I finally went on Trazadone which really helped me sleep, but gave me horrible dreams and then headaches after taking it for a few months. I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and so far, aside from one night, I’m sleeping great. I hope this keeps up. I would definitely recommend trying it.
