Facts

1) Advanced Memory Formula Quick Facts

Advanced Memory Formula is a blend of Omega-3 fatty acids, phospholipids, vitamins and other nutrients designed to support memory, mental energy, focus and concentration.

Omega-3 EPA and DHA are essential fatty acids which can only be obtained from supplements and various dietary sources. Past decade’s abundant research on EPA and DHA have associated them to a large variety of benefits, such as cardiovascular health, joints and muscle health, cognitive function and fetal development. Their benefits are mainly attributed to their blood thinning properties and antioxidant capacity.

Particularly, EPA and DHA may be effective in alleviating symptoms of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), depression symptoms, rheumatoid arthritis, gastrointestinal disorders (Crohn’s disease), dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease. There is also strong preliminary evidence indicating Omega-3 fatty acids may positively impact mood disorders such as major depressive disorder (MDD) or bipolar disorder.

There are several published studies which indicate Phosphatidylserine may improve cognitive abilities and behavior. Additionally, it seems Advanced Memory Formula may also help prevent cognitive dysfunctions such as Alzheimer’s disease. Studies indicate Phosphatidylserine works by promoting the synthesis of key neurotransmitters Acetylcholine and Dopamine. These are extremely important in regulating mood and cognitive functions including memory and attention.

I am currently taking this supplemrnt for 2 mos. now. I am now in my ’60s and I have noticed some ‘senior moments’ like forgetting names, etc. sometimes. It has not really helped me (not any different from previous) and I do believe that gingko biloba is the ingedient that makes me hyped-up like having too much caffeine.
I will continue to take it since it is not actually done me any harm during this 2 months.

I did some research on the list of ingredients in this drug and saw that titanium dioxide, the last ingredient in the list here, may have something to with cancer. I don’t think I am going to buy Advanced Memory Formula.

Do you use Sunscreen? webmd.com recommends using sunscreen that contains titanium dioxide for UVA protection.

There is a potential difference between ingesting something and applying it to the skin. One may require a far larger amount of exposure via the skin than via mucous membranes.

I am 90 yrs. old and suffer from balance and memory problems during the last two years. I take 2 pills
a day and wonder if any of the ingredients would add to the problems. Otherwise, I am in good health
and stay active.
