SNAC overestimates the serving size and most people will take 2 capsules a day of Vitalyze. If this is true for you, one bottle is a 45 day supply, which is plenty reasonable considering the ingredients here and their price. Almost no one will need or want 3 capsules a day. Taking one or two capsules can deliver excellent results for some people, especially those who are more athletic. You should see a boost in energy and cognitive function when using this supplement.
