Tranquilene is sold as an over-the-counter supplement designed to offer proper support for those suffering from anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, stress, or panic attacks.

The company behind the formula is Tranquility Labs, a BBB accredited business. BBB (The Better Business Bureau) monitors and evaluates producers of dietary supplements in terms of quality and consumer satisfaction. Tranquility Labs claims to be fully dedicated to providing high-quality solutions for people who seek to improve their well-being and personal health.

Tranquilene claims to be the only all-natural formulation able to offer complete support for the body’s production of two essential brain chemicals, GABA and Serotonin, crucial compounds for a relaxed, calm, and focused mind.

This article discusses the benefits and side effects of Tranquiline and if it is as good as it claims to be, so keep reading to find out more.

Summary

1) What is Tranquilene?

Tranquilene is a supplement that offers relief from anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, stress, or panic attacks and promotes general body relaxation.

Tranquilene features several herbal extracts from Passion Flower, Ashwagandha, and Bacopa Monnieri. These herbs are traditional remedies used for various mood-related disorders and researched for their abilities to reduce anxiety symptoms and promote relaxation naturally.

3) What Does Tranquilene Do?

Tranquilene formula is based on a combination of a relatively high number of substances, including vitamins, herbal extracts, amino acids, and minerals.

The vitamin-based mix includes several nutrients from the eight essential B vitamins. While each vitamin provides specific benefits (depending on their mechanism of action and particular roles within the bodily processes), their combination also assists in maintaining a proper cognitive function and optimal brain health.

Tryptophan, another ingredient in Tranquilene, is an essential amino acid and is considered necessary in the nervous system because the body can convert it into another neurotransmitter, Serotonin.

Serotonin is responsible for helping the body and the brain to relax, regulating mood and cravings, assisting in a healthy memory and learning abilities, and supporting cardiovascular function.

Tranquilene also reduces anxiety and promotes better sleep and relaxation through the actions of Ashwagandha and Passionflower extracts.

I have taken Tranquilene a little bit ago for my anxiety and OCD. I was always scared of prescription medication because of the side effects so I figured I’d try this. But has it ever caused anyone really harmful side effects?

Question
Have you tried this product?
Yes

I bought this anti-anxiety supplement at the recommendation of my practitioner. I suffer from seasonal depression and I have tried many natural remedies over the years. This one seems to work the best and I take it every year for a few months (from the moment that my anxiety symptoms occur). Great product!

Do you take it at night

I particularly enjoy taking this anti-anxiety supplement because it takes effect in only a couple of hours and keeps me in a good mood the whole day. I only take one capsule because it is very effective. My memory and alertness have also improved. I think this is a very good quality supplement that’s worth the money.

Questions, I’ve been under lots of aniexty and it feels like an agony. I have a small dose of Xanax to take as needed. I was forced to take the .25 pill this morning cause my aniexty was very bad- agonizing…I started looking on the internet for something natural. I really don’t want to have these rely on Xanax. What do you think? I’m at a loss. Is there anything in this supplement that would harm me? I’m not taking anything else now. I had broken out in hives for a month and a half – none of the doctors really know what brought the hives on. Later I started feeling a terrible aniexty I had not felt for the past 15yrs. during a real difficult time- Can you take this supplement if you have recently taken the .25 low dose of Xanax?
