This natural herb is amazing. I have been using it for nearly a year now and I have found that I can back off the dosage of my ADD medicine Concerta. There is some very convincing information regarding treatment of ADD symptoms as well as a plethora of other positive side effects in terms of physical activities.

Took this along with a slew of other products when I got off Paxil a year ago – god was that a miserable experience. Anyhow, this stuff appeared to be a godsend to me at first. I was more relaxed, and clear in the head. However, after 3-4 days, the good sensations went away and I was left feeling like the pile of dog crap I was before the Rhodiola. I think many of these things seem to work in the first few days as the Placebo effect is very real.

I bought this herb because my therapist told me to… and she was right. I have bipolar disorder and ptsd and have been on meds for 16 years. This herb has been used in Scandinavia and Russia for centuries for depression, stress, fatigue. I have been taking for 5 days and I am more focused, less anxious and, dare I say it, I actually feel somewhat happy, yet not manic!! I know, right?
