For many years since I was a teenager and known to have my menstural period since 11 years old, now at 33 years old I have had drastic changes of my menstural period over throughout the years. I was diagnosed back 2009 with the high risk of Mennorhiaga-metorrhaigia that has a connection with heavy or prolonged extended bleeding problems as well with functional ovarian cyst.. I would get tired especially after and during my period to the point that my engery levels felt drained from my body. Also having high risk for bleeding in between my periods and ractal bleeding during my period has seem to drain energy from me. Knowing that my family has a history of heavy bleeding periods it seems that I as get older I will most certainly have to keep an close watch on my periods even though I have had never had children of my own. My great grandmother of my father’s mother’s side of the family hemmoraged to death at 49 and lost so much blood going through the perimenapause/menopause period or what many women called the Change Of Life back when medicine wasn’t nearly as advanced like is today. I started taking Nature Made Iron Tablets to see if it would relieve my female health issues and have only on it for two days. I will give an update on how I feel in a few weeks or so. I hope my tiredness is relieved and there is improved engery. I take one tablet daily as directed.
