That can lead to some unwanted side effects such as vivid dreams, difficulty sleeping, fatigue, restlessness, dizziness, anxiety, stomach upset, dry mouth, skin rash, diarrhea, headache.

Passion Flower is used to treat insomnia, anxiety, or nervousness, but also for a wide array of other conditions such as asthma, hysteria, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder, irregular heartbeat, etc. Applied on the skin, it is used to treat burns, pains and swelling and hemorrhoids. It is considered generally safe, however, long term usage has raised some safety concerns and should be avoided. Side effects include dizziness, confusion and inflamed blood vessels.

3) Does MindSoothe Work and it is Safe?

MindSoothe is a simple herbal formulation that contains two key ingredients: St. John’s Wort and Passion Flower.

St. John’s Wort is widely known as an herbal treatment for depression. In many countries, this herb is prescribed for mild depression, especially in children and adolescents. There is evidence that suggests that this ingredient is effective in treating mild to moderate depression, but the results from the initial studies are mixed and still inconclusive. Other studies concluded towards the Effectiveness of the herb. For instance, a study on more than 5000 patients suffering from major depression revealed that the plant might have similar results as standard antidepressants. Also, the likelihood to drop out was smaller, because of the reduced incidence and potential side effects.

St John’s Wort is well tolerated, with an adverse effect profile similar to placebo. In some very rare cases, St John’s Wort may cause photo-sensitivity. MindSoothe side effects may include dizziness, confusion, gastrointestinal symptoms, tiredness, and sedation.

MindSoothe reviews can be found online. What is being said includes the following:

Verdict

8) Our Final Take On MindSoothe

MindSoothe is yet another herbal remedy designed to ensure a balanced mood, good emotional health, and general well-being. While produced by one of the most reputable US companies, they offer little evidence to support their claims regarding this formulation. The key ingredients are indeed known for their nerve and tension relieving properties, however this does not suffice to demonstrate the product actually works.

However, the formula has received many positive reviews and testimonials online from what appears to be real customers. This is extremely important. We believe that MindSoothe may work and it may provide the claimed benefits, but please keep in mind that not everyone is the same and using this type of herbal remedies may have different results than expected.

It is truly soothing. I am one of those people that always feels threatened no matter what. My friends tried to help me but it seemed it wasn’t working. That changed when one of them gave me MindSoothe to see if it makes any difference. I immediately was able to socialize a lot better and ultimately got rid of my problem. It’s some useful stuff in this product for sure.

I had a similar experience. I think I have always suffered from social anxiety. The first two capsules gave me a feeling of euphoria and made me a much more sociable person. It sure helps me!

It took me a few days to decide whether MindSoothe is an option for me or not, especially because of its price. However, the results couldn’t have been more visible in my case. I just take one of these before a stressful day at work and my anxiety is in check.

MindSoothe helps me cope with stress in my work due to longer hours and more things to do. It also evens out my mood so I can stay focused on the task at hand. These pills give me the concentration I need without the after-effects of stimulants.

I have the kind of anxiety that at times almost ruined my life. I was on paxil for years but hated what it did to me. I was a zombie – didn’t care about anything, basically no emotion and sexual side effects were not good. I decided to try mind soothe and it works wonderfully. It’s a little more subtle – i have my emotions but just don’t have the bad anxiety. I love it

I’ve done a lot of digging and research over the past few weeks and have decided to try Mindsoothe for me and Mindsoothe Jr for my daughter. We both have anxiety, but mostly negativity. I’m hopeful that it works after all the positive reviews. I have noticed that some people mention headaches. I just wanted to mention here that through my research, I have found that most anxiety related issues are due to low serotonin levels in the brain. That is what Mindsoothe targets. A side effect of having too much serotonin is headaches and sometimes even manic or psychosis. If that happens, it probably means that you have healthy levels of serotonin in your brain, and your anxiety is not caused by this problem. I think it would be unhealthy to keep taking it and you should see a doctor if you have side effects like that. Just wanted to offer that information out there. I’ll visit back and give a review after a few months to update how we do on it!
