  • N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine – Tyrosine is an amino acid that your body uses to make dopamine. It can also improve your alertness, attention, and focus.

  • Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) – Vitamin B6 in this form is involved in converting L-DOPA to dopamine and energy metabolism.

  • Green tea extract – Green tea contains substances that have anti-inflammatory and antioxidative properties.

  • Quercetin – Quercetin inhibits the enzymes that breakdown dopamine hence increasing the availability of dopamine in the brain.

These ingredients work together to boost dopamine production and availability in the brain, promote feelings of relaxation and calm, and improve mood.

Dopaboost works extremely well for me and I only need half the dose (1 pill instead of 2). I take it first thing in the morning and have a dopamine buzz all day and actually end up sleeping really well the nights I take it. I don’t take it every day due to the dopamine response and potential for addiction but probably take it 3-4x per week. It definitely has improved my mood, the only downside is sometimes it dries out my mouth but I chew more gum and that has helped.
