The Sedona Method is promoted as a self-help program designed to assist with reducing problems associated with depression, fear, anxiety, stress and similar conditions. According to the company who invented the method, Sedona Training Associates, more than 60,000 people worldwide have used the Sedona Method to improve their life.

The inventor of the method is Lester Levenson, a physicist and engineer, who discovered the method in 1952 after being diagnosed with a terminal-stage disease. He developed the method in an attempt to cure himself. He died in 1994, but not before founding Sedona Training Associates with Hale Dwoskin, who continues Levenson’s work and now teaches the method.

The Sedona Method can be ordered online and a seminar must be attended. The training company offers a 180-day money-back guarantee for a full refund, within reason.

Facts

1) The Sedona Method Quick Facts

The Sedona Method is available on a series of 20 audio CD’s plus a workbook which includes a large number of exercises. According to the training company, their mission is to support people in alleviating physical and emotional suffering, therefore liberating the patients.

Although the company does not provide any clear evidence that their method is effective, they do mention several studies that revealed that individuals using the method showed significant reduction in heart rate and diastolic blood pressure. Also, research findings apparently suggest that the method is effective in promoting and maintaining reduced levels of stress months after the training has ended.

2) Details on The Sedona Method Ingredients and Uses

Not applicable.

3) Is The Sedona Method Right for You?

The Sedona Method includes a variety of resources that, according to the developer, can help people gain control over their life. The developer claims that these tools will help with removing barriers to goals, remove what is preventing true happiness, reduce fear and worry, boost self-confidence, and allow an individual to work smarter.

There are 20 CD’s to listen to, a 198 pages workbook and various objectives and exercises. For best results, it is recommended to cover all this material. However, while this information is designed to help a person achieve self-awareness, there is no guarantee this program will deliver the same results for each.

There is little evidence to support the Effectiveness of Sedona Method. We were able to find several testimonials, but most of these testimonials are mixed. Many people have reported success, while others have reported no results at all.

Price

6) The Sedona Method Price

The Sedona Method is an expensive program. It is true that the package contains 20 CD’s, a workbook and several other materials but even so, the overall price is extremely high. Shipping in the USA and Canada is $19.95. International shipping is $30.00.

Directions

7) The Sedona Method Directions

The Sedona Method is a combination of several different types of resources and tools that, in the long run, will help the patient improve general health, recover from unhealthy addictions and gain freedom from emotional and physical pain.

Does it Work

8) Bottom Line – Does It Really Work?

The Sedona Method makes very ambitious benefit claims. However, there is little evidence to support its effectiveness, although the supplier generically mentions research studies to support the benefits.

Also, given the complex nature of stress, anxiety and their multiple possible causes, there is no guarantee this program will work for all people. It is our recommendation that a medical evaluation is made prior to starting any treatment.

The course (20 CD’s and a workbook) may be considered expensive. However, the training company offers a full refund on the purchase price to unsatisfied customers. Consumer testimonials are mixed.
