EndoPlus is a dietary supplement advertised to alleviate restlessness, anxiousness, and insomnia symptoms associated to neurotransmitterover-stimulationor increased GABA excretion. The formula manufactured by NeuroScience comes in the form of an easy to administrate spray and contains two key ingredients: the amino-acid Theanine and 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan). The formula has a nice root beer flavor and is advertised as easily absorbed for fast, long lasting results. Both Theanine and 5-HTP have been scientifically studied for their brain relaxation effects, although there is no evidence that the combination proposed by the manufacturer of this formula may actually produce the advertised results.

The manufacturing company NeuroScience is a company based in Wisconsin, United States and was established in 1999.
