Summary

1) What is Boost Meal Replacement?

Boost Complete Nutritional Drink is a nutritional drink featuring 26 vitamins and minerals plus proteins required to fulfill the daily dietary needs of the body. The formula comes in 4 flavors and is gluten-free and lactose intolerant safe.

The formula contains many B Vitamins, plus Vitamin D3 and A. Vitamin D is mainly synthesized by the body when sun exposure is adequate. Although its exact benefits are yet to be established, scientists agree it plays an essential role in bone health, cardiovascular system health (as it may reduce cardiovascular disease risk), and immune system functioning.

Vitamin B12 plays a vital role in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, as well as for blood formation, and Riboflavin or Vitamin B2 plays an essential part in energy metabolism and the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.

Boost Complete Nutritional Drink is also rich in minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, and Zinc, which are essential to numerous body functions and systems.

For instance, Zinc supports the health of the immune system, is required for DNA synthesis, is essential for wound healing, and supports the healthy growth and development of the body during childhood, adolescence, and pregnancy. Zinc deficiency causes diarrhea, retardation, hair loss, loss of appetite, and eye and skin lesions.

The formula features various ingredients, among which have a more significant impact on the body. For instance, Vitamin D, which is synthesized mainly by the body under sun exposure, plays a reliable role when it comes to cardiovascular health, bone maintenance, and the quality of the immune system. In some situations, it may even reduce the risk of developing some cardiovascular issues such as heart attack, heart burns, or abnormal heart rhythm.

These are combined with some minerals such as Magnesium or Calcium, which are needed by the human body daily due to their contribution to protein synthesis, maintenance of a proper skeletal system, and potential lack may lead to severe problems.
