She also worked as project coordinator for a non-profit organisation specialized in maternal and young child health in impoverished communities in South Africa.
Kenya is very passionate about taking complex evidence-based nutrition concepts and packaging them in a way that is easy to understand. She believes health is not purely the absence of disease, but rather the byproduct of achieving optimal performance in all facets of life.
Kenya lives in Cape Town with her family and two whippets. She spends her time running her dogs on the mountain, reading, cooking her way through recipe books and doing yoga.
