Katie Connor has been a Registered Dietitian for six years. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University. Prior to that she achieved an Associates of Science degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Florida.

Katie’s professional passions lie in truly helping clients achieve healthy eating habits and feel great about themselves. She believes that eating should be enjoyable and that there is no such thing as “good” or “bad” foods.  

She has provided guidance for clients on a wide range of medical conditions including: obesity, heart disease, malnutrition, gestational diabetes, cancer, and GI issues. 

Off the clock, Katie is busy cooking and baking nutritious treats from scratch for her husband and toddler.
