Deidre Bloomquist is a Functional Nutritionist based in Denver, Colorado. She is also a Certified CrossFit Trainer (Level 3) and Certified Personal Trainer, and works with athletes to support their athletic and health goals. She owns Always Growing Nutrition and works with clients to support hormone imbalances, gut health, and achieving athletic milestones. She believes in getting to the root cause of health issues and works to create nutrition protocols sustainable for clients to reach their goals.
Deidre also holds a journalism degree from the University of Denver, is a Precision Nutrition Coach, a health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and studied with the Nutritional Therapy Association.
