There is not a lot of information available about this company or its range of commercialized products; however we could observe it is mostly specialized in nutritional supplements designed to clean the body (there are various lines of such products offered). Super Adrenal Cleanse is part of the Total Body Cleanse system, a line of products targeting the liver, colon, heart, blood, adrenal system, joint and prostate.
This formula is advertised as an all-natural product whose ingredients work synergistically to support the function and structure of the adrenal glands, thus promoting their normal activity. The formula is intended for the use of adults only. It addresses individuals concerned with their overall health who are interested in reducing the negative impact of free radicals and maintain a normal adrenal function.

Super Adrenal Cleanse contains the following ingredients: Folic Acid(Vitamin B12 -as cyanocobalamin, Phosphorus, Copper-as glycinate sulfate), Carotenoids Complex D-cis-beta-carotene, Lutein, Trans-alpha-carotene, Trans-beta-carotene, Unidentified carotenoids, Zeazanthin, 9-cis-beta-carotene, 15-cis-alpha-carotene, Choline (as Bitartrate), Dandelion Root, Burdock\’s Root, Red Clover Blossom, Chlorophyll, Astaxanthin and gelatin.
Super Adrenal Cleanse is a vitamin, mineral and herbal mixture. It consists of several plant extracts such as Amla extract, the richest natural source of vitamin C and Ashwaganda extract, an Ayurvedic medicine used as an anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and memory enhancer in traditional medicine. Ashwaganda extract is also believed to be beneficial in relieving stress, memory problems, depression symptoms and anxiety disorders, such as generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks.
Also helpful in the treatment of stress-related conditions are considered: the Korean Ginseng, Zinc and Ginger. Many of these ingredients have been part of scientific studies to prove their presumed benefits. For instance, a trial conducted on mice in 2007, revealed that Ginger supported their body’s reaction to stress by having a balancing effect on several hormones involved in stress response (Cortisol, Insulin, etc).
Super Adrenal Cleanse offered by Help Plus Inc is not a clinically researched formula. There are only a few reviews from consumers. However these existing reviews are mostly favorable and support the product’s claimed effectiveness. The suggested dose for adults is of two capsules daily taken separately.
